I believe reflexology offers a unique and gentle therapy that has an amazing ability to relax, balance and bring improved health to the mind, body and soul.
My love of reflexology began after I was treated to a session whilst visiting my daughter in London. I experienced a deep relaxation that helped me overcome my jet lag and insomnia and I was fully energised to enjoy my vacation. Several years after receiving the amazing benefits of reflexology, I chose to undertake the Diploma in Reflexology.
Since graduating in 2021 with Honours in Reflexology, I have expanded my expertise into specialized reflexology techniques including Fertility, Menopause, Facial, Lymph Drainage and Crystal Reflexology. My holistic toolkit also features Indian Head Massage, Access Bars, Reiki, Sound Healing and Aromatherapy.
I am the proud founder and lead practitioner of Body + Soul Reflexology and I am excited to offer reflexology treatments tailored to your specific needs or simply to help you enjoy the best possible levels of energy and well-being.
